Mrs. Devereaux
Mrs. Devereaux
This is vintage Hollywood glamour at its best! The Mrs. Devereaux (Dev-er-Ro) is a silky sundering adage to the mid 18th century French. The cascading luxuriant is quite mesmerizing to watch as it dances in the wind as you move and flow.

#Inspo: Mrs. Devereaux is a notable token of the late Rue McClanahn, best known for her monumental role as Blanche Devereaux of The Golden Girls. Although characterized as a notoriously man-hungry southern belle, she was faithfully married for decades to her late husband, George Devereaux until he tragically departed in an unforeseen accident. It was only then that she mustered the courage to pursue and rediscover herself as a single yet mature woman. Blanche takes us through life full of adventure, romance and self discovery through budding friendships as she matures into her golden years (age).
A well documented character in entertainment, Blanch Deveraux, is one of the few well written witty, sophisticated personas and a particularly personal favorite of mine. She's truly admired for her elegant night attire. In doing so she teaches what it truly means to be Single, Mature & Fabolous - the sauce that influenced HBO's Sex in the City.
